by John Winters. Winters is a Naval Architect who spent the majority of his
career designing large ocean-going vessels and then took that experience and
applied it to human-powered watercraft. You will find our kayaks to be easier to
paddle, faster and more seaworthy than any other kayaks. All of these attributes
are due to the incredible design work of John Winters.
2.) Better Built Kayaks - Each QCC kayak is hand-crafted by a small
group of incredibly talented and experienced craftsman. The average length of
experience in composites that our craftsmen have is over 20 years. They take a
tremendous amount of pride and care in each boat that is built. We also use only
the best materials possible from the reinforcements to the hardware, there's no
skimping. It would be cheaper to use less expensive items and most do, but that
isn't what we're about at QCC.
3.) More Kayak for Your Money - Even with the quality of the materials
and the well paid, experienced staff QCC still delivers the best kayak value
anywhere. We do this by selling only factory-direct. This isn't a new concept,
many companies have established themselves with this model delivering higher
quality and lower prices by selling direct. By selling direct via the Internet
we save you the price of dealer mark-ups, expensive print catalogs, sales
commissions and branding advertising. This can make up almost 50% of a product's
final retail price. We take those savings and use them to build a better kayak
and present it to you at a terrific value.

we will take as much time as needed to talk with you about the best model for
you and the options that will suit your kayaking style. Then you can select the
color scheme and other choices that will make your kayak uniquely yours. When
you order goes to the shop everyone building it knows your name and refers to
your boat by your name. This has a magical effect on the people making your
kayak, it becomes very personal and they take great personal pride in your

want you're not thrilled with it. No problem. We will cheerfully take you kayak
back and refund 100% of your purchase price. We not only give you every cent of
your money back we even pay the freight both ways. That's right you're not out
one cent. Obviously this is a rare occurrence, but it does happen every once in
awhile. We would rather buy your boat back from you than have a single unhappy
