QCC Kayaks Kayak Warranty -

QCC Kayaks warrantees our kayaks to be free from defects of materials and workmanship for as long as you own your QCC Kayak. If at anytime while you own your QCC Kayak it should be found to be defective due to defective materials or poor workmanship QCC will repair or replace your kayak at QCC's option. Remedies may include compensation to owner for effecting repairs. Contracting with a third party to perform repairs or returning the kayak to QCC for repairs. If the kayak is returned to QCC freight will be paid by QCC.

Should the deck/hull seam fail in normal use while you own your kayak QCC will  replace your kayak with a new QCC kayak of the identical model and features. Should the bulkheads of your QCC kayak ever come loose under normal use QCC will replace your kayak with a new QCC kayak of the identical model and features.

Simply put, if it's our fault we'll fix it and pay for it. If it's your fault, we'll still fix it, but you'll pay for it.
