Sea Kayak Shipping Made Simple -
Once you place your order for your new QCC sea kayak it is usually produced
and ready to ship in 4 to 5 weeks. The day your kayak ships you will receive an
email from us with the shipping information and a tracking number. In
the email there will also be a link that you can click on that will
allow you to track your kayak as it makes its way to you.
Whenever possible we will ship your kayak on one of our own trucks to the closest authorized QCC Demo Center. If that is not possible or practical we will ship your kayak via common carrier using the best means possible.
We are currently shipping to the contiguous 48 states, and most of Canada. If you are in Alaska we will ship to the freight forwarder of your choice in Seattle and you will be responsible for the arrangements and costs beyond that. Our present shipping charges are just $200 per kayak for most U.S. destinations and $250 for most Canadian destinations. There may be additional charges for some "high-cost" destinations. Long Island, Manhattan, Florida Keys, Jackson Hole, etc. to name a few. You will be advised when you place your order if your area requires a surcharge.
Attention!
When you recieve your kayak please inspect the packaging. If there is damage to the carton insist that the driver note it on the Delivery Receipt. If the carton is damaged it is a good idea to remove and inspect the kayak while the driver is present. If there is damage to the kayak that too must be noted on the delivery receipt. All damage to the kayak or the packaging must be reported to QCC within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or email.
