The QCC Kayaks Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is as simple as it sounds. If you're not completely satisfied with your new QCC kayak we don't want you to keep it. We simply refuse to have a single unhappy customer.

After speaking with us and placing your kayak order we will build your kayak to your specifications. Your kayak will be shipped to you in approximately four weeks. When you receive your new kayak look it over closely and see that it is what you expected. Then go use it! Paddle it for 30 days, anyway you want, anywhere you want and as much as you want. If at any point along the way you decide you're not satisfied simply call us, put it back in the box and we will arrange to have it picked-up.

Once the kayak arrives at our plant we will refund your entire purchase price and we will pay the freight both ways. That's right, you're not out one cent. We also take complete responsibility for any damage that may occur in shipping. There is no catch, you are either happy or you don't pay a thing.

We have the best test-paddling program in the world. Not only is this a great benefit for you, but it helps us by holding our own feet to the fire. We know that if we don't do our jobs as well as they can be done that we will incur a financial penalty. In other words, we have a financial stake in your satisfaction. I don't know about you, but I won't do business with a company that won't refund my money if I'm not happy, for any reason, you shouldn't either.
