To create a business that would dovetail with our personal goals we decided upon a win/win proposition for both ourselves and those who buy our kayaks. If you will purchase a kayak in an unconventional manner, we will sell it to you at an unconventional value.

Since we use no dealers. we have an extra 35% to 40% of the retail price to work with. We also save by not having catalogs, dealer reps, trade shows, store fronts, etc. The result is we can build better kayaks with more features and offer them to you for less because we have eliminated the part of the kayak's cost which doesn't contribute to the kayak.

We believe so strongly in the quality of the products we make and the level of service we provide that we decided to put our money where our mouth is. With our Satisfaction Guarantee we are saying to you that if you purchase one of our kayaks and it isn't everything we said it would be or you hoped it would be, we'll pay the price for it, not you. We realize that companies can make claims all day long, but if they're not willing to back them up in a tangible way they're meaningless.
