Ordering and Shipping a Sea Kayak from QCC Kayaks -
The process of selecting and ordering your new sea kayak from QCC
Kayaks couldn't
be easier. Below are the steps required to take to have one of the finest
touring kayaks on the planet for your very own:
- Use our kayak model selector to find the
sea kayak model that is best suited to you
or fill out one of the contact forms on the
site and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
- Select the kayak construction,
kayak options and
kayak colors that will make your sea kayak just yours.
- Either place your kayak order online or contact us and we will have a conversation with you to answer all of
your kayak questions.
- When you decide to order your new kayak we require a refundable deposit with your
order.
- We will build and ship your kayak in 3 to 4 weeks from date of order.
- Kayaks are shipped via Con-Way Freight in our
custom kayak box and will arrive in 1 to 3 days after shipping. We pay
the freight anywhere in the 48 states and most of Canada and if you live outside of Minnesota you don't pay any sales
tax either.
Since we are guaranteeing your satisfaction with your new sea kayak you can be sure that we
will discuss each and every aspect of your order with you whether you
order it before or after speaking with us. The moment you place your kayak order
you have secured a spot in our production schedule even though you may
make changes of any kind for up to two weeks prior to the kayak build
date.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. We can be very
flexible on payment terms, we only have one hard and fast rule and that is
that the kayak is paid for prior to shipment.
